The main office of Life Care Wellness is conveniently located just off the intersection of Roosevelt Road and old Route 53 in Glen Ellyn.  Our office is just minutes from I-355. We serve west Chicagoland. This includes Winfield, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, and surrounding suburbs.

The Chicago satellite office of Life Care Wellness is in the Jefferson Park neighborhood in the northwest part of the city. Easily access the office via all public transportation and a short walk.  Surrounding neighborhoods include Sauganash, Forest Glen, Edgebrook, Mayfair, Albany Park, Portage Park, Norwood Park, and Edison Park.  We are located just 10 minutes south of Park Ridge and Skokie.  The office is just 10 minutes east of O’Hare airport and very near the Kennedy Expressway (I-90).  

The Sycamore satellite office of Life Care Wellness is in DeKalb/Sycamore in DeKalb County, the home of Northern Illinois University. Near the intersection of Dekalb Avenue and Peace Road, our office is located just 15 minutes from the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88).  

The Yorkville office of Life Care Wellness is our newest location. The Yorkville satellite office of Life Care Wellness is at the intersection of North Bridge Street and Center Street in Yorkville, just 2 blocks north of the Fox River and less than a mile south of Route 34/Veterans Parkway. The Yorkville office is convenient to the surrounding communities of Sandwich, Plano, Sugar Grove, Oswego, Montgomery, Plainfield, and Aurora.
