Free Meditation Circle

Join mindfulness based therapist Codie Surratt, LPC, on the second Saturday morning of the month for a free meditation circle. Whether beginner, just curious, or an advanced practitioner, this hour will be a gentle way to start your day and get grounded for the month to come. Meets 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on the second Saturday starting November 9. Donations are welcome.

Relapse Prevention for Substance or Process Addictions

This group aims to remove barriers and help you get over obstacles that can lead to relapse.  The group is a safe, non-judgmental space to get support as you express your concerns, struggles and to process thoughts and feelings that can lead to a slip or relapse.  Saturdays 11:00-12:00 in our Glen Ellyn office.

Living Your Yoga

This group processes and practices yogic principles, especially those focusing on intention, and emphasizes how to apply what is learned on the mat to life off the mat.  No prior yoga experience is needed.  Wednesday evenings, 6:15-7:15, starting January 9,  in our Glen Ellyn office. Facilitated by certified Yoga Therapist Jean Tschampa and life coach and certified yoga teacher Stephanie Gutzmer of From Within.
