Cathy Conway LCPC, SEP
(Telehealth only) Specialized training in trauma has helped me deeply understand the integration of body, mind, and spirit. I work with adults and my approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and integrative with a focus on identity and value.

Marty Dennen LCPC, SEP
(Glen Ellyn) I am passionate about helping teens, young adults and adults to find freedom from their past and current struggles. I come along side hurting, anxious and overwhelmed individuals and help them find renewed strength and resiliency.

Linette Howard MA, LCPC, NCC, SEP
(Glen Ellyn) I work with adults who have experienced trauma and developmental trauma in their lives. I primarily use a somatic approach to help my clients have more capacity in their lives for regulation. I use a client-centered approach and determine therapeutic goals with each individual.

Aaron Johnson LCPC
(Jefferson Park) I work with issues related to anger, anxiety, boundaries, substance abuse, depression, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, social skills, stress management, and trauma. I believe that finding hope can be essential to the healing process, and it is a privilege to be a part of your journey to healing.

Sarah Katula PhD, APRN Advanced Practice Nurse (Glen Ellyn) The role of an Advanced Practice Nurse in Psychiatry is, in part, prescribing needed medications. I prescribe Psychotropic medications for adults. Medications can stabilize moods, help one to focus, decrease anxiety, and provide enhanced feelings of wellbeing.

Rhonda Kelloway LCSW, SEP, Transforming Touch® Practitioner
(Glen Ellyn) An interesting mix of professional training, skills, and life experience adds a unique richness to what I offer clients. I also have been trained as a divorce mediator and received advanced training in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, gentle and effective treatments for trauma resolution.
Karen Kuhlman LSW, CADC
(Glen Ellyn) My passion is understanding stored childhood trauma and the long-term effects it can have on adults. I tailor interventions to meet your specific needs. In a warm, understanding, and safe environment, I provide services for a wide range of disorders and difficulties including anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, life transitions, stress, and parenting.
Sheri Leasure LCSW
(Glen Ellyn, Sycamore) My therapeutic style is gentle and person-centered while working with children, teens, and adults. I use CBT, DBT, Internal Family System and have training in EMDR. I am working towards certification in Somatic Experiencing.

Marina Lisjonok MSW, E-CYT, RRT
(Glen Ellyn) With expertise in nursing, mental health, social work, and yoga, I have skills and experience to help clients emotionally heal. I combine counseling techniques with yogic practices in group or individual sessions to help create a safe space and to empower clients to use new tools for self-exploration and discovery. I work with older teens and adults.
Jennifer Mehochko LCPC, SEP
(Telehealth only) Jennifer specializes in biologically based healing, which assists in resolving trauma symptoms that are frozen or stuck in the body.

Samantha McGovern, LCPC, CRSS
(Glen Ellyn) Using a holistic approach and “meeting the client where they are,” my goal is to assist you in reaching your ideal functioning in the 8 dimensions of wellness (emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial).

Holly Miller MA, LPC
(Glen Ellyn) It is my hope to be a companion, an advocate, and a support during my walk with clients. I offer service in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Rebecca Muir, LSW
(Glen Ellyn) Tulane’s School of Social Work training has given me a broad understanding of several therapy approaches that I use with clients. I love incorporating mindfulness-based strategies during therapy and encourage clients to use them outside of sessions to help create a more peaceful, joy-filled life.

Gayle Pape LCSW
(Glen Ellyn) I have 23 years of experience working with children and adolescents. I use a strength- based approach, and I provide a safe space to assist in the processes of empowerment, healing and growth. When working with adults, we look at emotional blockages, relationships, poor self esteem and short term goals.

Susan Pelton, Ph.D, SEP
(Jefferson Park) I work through a relational focus as we walk together down the pathway you travel. I am always studying new theories and techniques to help clients in their growth, and now apply Somatic Experiencing ideas as well as Polyvagal theory and memory reconsolidation to my work in providing safe spaces and understanding.

Courtney Rolla LCPC
(Telehealth only) I would be honored to support you on your journey towards healing and living a more present and fulfilling life. I firmly believe that we all have within us the natural ability to heal from trauma. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can find your voice and feel empowered to move through life’s ups and downs with flexibility and confidence
Jordan Spinazzola MSW, LSW, ACSW
(Glen Ellyn) I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families through difficult times and supporting them through those times. I know that each client is their own person, so I meet each client where they are emotionally and mentally, modifying my treatment approach to best aid each client in achieving their goals.

Codie Surratt MA, LPC, EMDR
(Glen Ellyn) I draw upon many approaches to create a compassionate, yet challenging experience and therapeutic environment for each client. I work with children, adolescents, and teens coping with the effects of divorce, grief, stress, anxiety, and school-related issues. I enjoy working with adults as well, particularly women.
Sarah VanMeter LCSW

While I specialize in working with at risk youth, youth in foster care, and those with complex trauma, my clients are of all ages – children as young as 5 through older adults.
Aneta Wisniewska

I use a holistic and integrative approach that considers the physical, social, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of each individual with whom I am honored to share my space.
