I have a long history of working with children and parents, and currently focus on working with adults who have experienced trauma and developmental trauma in their lives. I primarily use a somatic approach to help my clients have more capacity in their lives for regulation. I am passionate about adults reaching their potential and goals, and enjoy helping them get to a place where life can be good, healing can happen and joy can be found. I use a client-centered approach and determine therapeutic goals with each individual. My areas of focus are trauma, developmental trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship problems. I help clients move from being “stuck” to becoming more peaceful and functional by assisting the whole person — mind, body, emotions, and spirit — in healing from difficult life events while increasing resiliency.
