I am passionate about helping teens, young adults and adults to find freedom from their past and current struggles. I come along side hurting, anxious and overwhelmed individuals and help them find renewed strength and resiliency. I have worked in residential and intensive outpatient treatment settings, specializing in working with eating issues including Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating. I also have many years of experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, substance addictions, and childhood abuse.

My advanced training is in healing trauma and anxiety disorders from a somatic (body-centered) approach, and include somatic touch skills to support individuals to find inner strength and resources to cope with past and current challenges. I focus on treating the whole person: Mind, Body and Soul. For those who desire to include their faith in their healing journey, I can integrate Christian principles in my work.
