Courtney Rolla

LCPC (Telehealth Only)

I believe healing happens best when we feel safe, seen, and supported—both in our minds and in our bodies. My work is grounded in a humanistic, relational approach, and I specialize in Somatic Experiencing®, a body-based method for working with stress, trauma, and overwhelm.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms or stories, I help clients come out of survival mode by gently reconnecting with their nervous system and inner resources. Together, we pay attention to sensations, emotions, and patterns as they show up in the present moment, moving at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. This approach can support healing from trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, attachment wounds, and life transitions, while also fostering greater resilience, regulation, and self-trust.

I have extensive experience working with developmental and complex trauma, as well as with multiracial and culturally diverse clients navigating identity and belonging. I approach this work through a lens of cultural humility and social justice, offering a collaborative, consent-based space that supports regulation, coherence, and increased capacity.

My hope is to offer a space that feels grounded, compassionate, and real—where all parts of you are welcome. I see clients by Telehealth only.
