Courtney Rolla

LCPC (Telehealth Only)

When life becomes overwhelming and leaves us feeling stuck, taking the step to begin therapy can feel scary and confusing. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and living a more present and fulfilling life. I firmly believe that we all have within us the natural ability to heal from trauma. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can find your voice and feel empowered to move through life’s ups and downs with flexibility and confidence.

I work with adults across the lifespan and bring my own experience as a biracial woman to work collaboratively with each client while always maintaining a culturally sensitive and LGBTQ-affirming lens. I have special experience working with women to heal from trauma and improve their self-esteem. I also work with individuals who are multiracial and would like to create more understanding and integration in their identity.

From personal and professional experience, I have seen firsthand the transformation that is possible by using Somatic Experiencing. Somatic Experiencing can help free people who are feeling stuck and overwhelmed by current and past traumas, and even the daily stress of life. I also like to incorporate my training in Attachment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide clients with tools to improve communication, set healthy boundaries, problem-solve, and to affirm their worth. I see clients by Telehealth only.
