Part-Time Couples Therapist
We are looking to add a Part-Time Couples and Family Psychotherapist at our west suburban Glen Ellyn office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, clinically astute, and team-oriented clinician who wants to focus on clients rather than business aspects of private practice.
While the position is focused largely on couples and family work, the therapist’s caseload also may include individual work with a variety of client populations and clinical issues, such as addiction/recovery, trauma resolution, grief and loss, parenting, transitions, and wellness.
We will provide you with:
- Competitive compensation
- Client referrals to supplement your niche marketing
- Business cards and rack cards with the Life Care Wellness brand
- Your profile on our website
- Billing/insurance claims processing
- Access to HIPAA compliant email and phone systems
- Two free monthly group consultations
- Collaborative team members and a monthly staff meeting
- Access to a financial assistance program to make expensive professional training possible (e.g. EFT, PACT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, etc.)
Please contact us if you have the following experience and qualifications:
- Clinical credentials (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, etc.). Preference given to Medicare-eligible clinicians. We regret only LCSWs and PsyDs are Medicare eligible. We will consider an exceptional provisionally licensed LSW or social worker close to required clinical hours. If hired, free weekly supervision and W2 status are included.
- Minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience providing outpatient therapy
- Desire to use a body-oriented approach to therapy or openness to learning such an approach
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
