I am passionate about helping others find direction in their life and take the steps towards that direction through a client-centered and strengths-based approach. I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating through difficult times and finding ways to overcome challenges. I find it important to meet my clients where they are and to be a supportive safe space for them to express and explore their authentic selves. I work with issues related to anger, anxiety, boundaries, substance abuse, depression, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, social skills, stress management, and trauma. I believe that finding hope can be essential to the healing process, and it is a privilege to be a part of your journey to healing.
